HOW TO USE:

1. Per serving, Boil 200ml of normal water in a kettle and bring to nearly boiling point (very hot water)…you may not use all of the water. You can brew the tea in your tea kettle or tea mug.

2. Add 1 tbsp of tea per 200ml of water. Allow it sit for 5 minutes. You can allow it sit for longer while waiting for the hot water to cool down to the point that you can tolerate.

3. Strain all brewed liquid from your teapot, kettle, or mug.
