We deliver countrywide. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Cost may vary depending on the weight of shipments and the location of delivery.
Shipping Policies
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Excludes Public Holidays).
All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or products provided at checkout and cannot change the address after the order has shipped out from our facility.
Shipping Fees are nonrefundable. This applies to returns and any failed delivery from the courier.
If the item is returned, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee if the address provided is insufficient or incorrect, or if you’re unreachable.

Please choose your location correctly. This delivery fee is for 0-3kg. We’ll contact you for an extra delivery charge if there is need. Kindly ignore this message if you’re choosing Lagos store pickup.
Delivery timeframe within Lagos is 1-3 working Days, Outside Lagos is within 3-7 working Days.
For Lagos Store Pick up, please note: We process all orders within 6 working hours, after which, your item is ready for pick up. Please, you’re expected to come or send your representative for pick up within 5 business days(with your full name and order number). After this timeframe, we’ll return the product(s) to our shelves and if SOLD OUT, we’ll not issue a refund; however, you can select products of equivalent value for replacement. Please, if you cannot pick up within 5 business days, DO NOT choose Lagos store pick up.
Note: Delivery is only to our delivery partners’ terminals (GIG Logistics and ABC Logistics). You will be notified when your order arrives and is ready for pickup at the respective terminal. Door-to-door delivery is no longer available.
